Virtual Centering Meditation Series 1
with Philip Meckley
As an introduction to centering meditation, this class is designed to give a weekly silent time and still space for the purposes of contemplative centering. Philip will provide students instruction on centering meditation and contemplative silence. Please bring a comfortable cushion to sit on the floor during meditation. If physical requirements limit your ability to sit on the floor, meditation seated in a chair is perfectly appropriate. You need not belong to a specific religious discipline in order to participate.
