Self-Defense for Women: Building Your Tactical Toolbox, Part Two
with Brian Kinnaird
When confronted, our first reaction is often fear, which leads to doubt, hesitation and panic. In this new self-defense course designed for women, you will learn practical steps you can take to overcome your own fear and challenge self-imposed limitations. Learn how we are attacked psychologically and emotionally before we are ever attacked physically. Use a reality-based framework to understand how you can protect yourself in the face of confrontation. This course is lecture-style with discussion and demonstrations. You are invited to participate in low to no-impact demonstrations if you would like, though it is not required. Each part requires separate enrollment and will build on knowledge learned in previous parts.
Part 2 will look at fear management and performance enhancement psychology.
This class is for women only and participants must be at least 18 years of age.
