Instapot 101 with Chef Alli Meeting 2

with Chef Alli

Are you brand new to electric pressure cooking and hoping to make delicious meals in minutes? Or, maybe you’ve had your Instant Pot for awhile, but it’s still in the box, under your bed (because, frankly, it scares you)? Enter Chef Alli, who’s been electric pressure cooking for years and is absolutely thrilled with how the Instant Pot has completely changed the way she does dinner. She’ll provide you with the Instant Pot fundamentals you need to successfully master this highly efficient and flavorful way of cooking! During class, she’ll cover: Instant Pot operation, parts, maintenance and safety; why electric pressure cooking is a must in today’s hectic world; pantry basics — what to have on hand to maximize your electric pressure cooking experience; and electric pressure cooking resources and recipes for success. Chef Alli’s class menu includes five things that you should make as you begin electric pressure cooking: water, hard boiled eggs, applesauce, mac and cheese, and beef carnitas. Complete recipes and tastings will be provided for all dishes created in class.
