Essential oils are natural, safe and 100% organic and have been used to help people feel better faster, sleep better, improve their mood, lose weight and handle the stresses of daily life. They can also be used as chemical-free alternatives to cleaning, health and beauty products. This one-time course is a basic introduction to living a more holistic lifestyle, including what essential oils are and how to use them. Take away recipes for blending and sources for obtaining oils. Your course fee includes a free sample to use at home.

Pets are members of the family, so it is important to know what is safe and effective for them. In this new course, you will learn how essential oils can be used to address a variety of pet concerns, including separation anxiety, fear and hyperactivity, as well as natural flea and tick repellants. Bring your questions and concerns with you to class. Your course fee includes samples that you can safely use for your pets (and yourself)!

Essential Oils Make & Take: Spring Cleaning

If you’ve taken Essential Oils 101 with Heather, this is your chance to put your knowledge into practice! As you gear up for spring cleaning, this class will focus on green cleaning and how you can use essential oils for a cleaner, healthier home, rather than expensive, chemical-based cleaning products. During class, you will make three different in-home cleaners to take with you. You will learn about each of the oils used and take home recipes and resources, so you can continue creating.

Essential Oils: I have my oils…now what?

We will take a closer look at different ways you can use your oils, including blending oils, as well as therapeutic benefits for specific concerns. Live Happily Ever After

The human experience is full of choices, and the choices you make affect your happiness. In this course, you will spend three weeks learning about tools you can use to achieve “happily ever after” living. During the first week, we will discuss mindfulness in your current environment and the causes and consequences of personal choices. Week two will focus on personal health and social health. Our final week will be spent considering your personal habits and skills. Along the way, we will talk about healthy relationships, interdependence, and self-evaluation. Your course fee includes handouts and exercises you can use at home.

Self-Defense for Women: Building Your Tactical Toolbox, Part One

When confronted, our first reaction is often fear, which leads to doubt, hesitation and panic. In this new self-defense course designed for women, you will learn practical steps you can take to overcome your own fear and challenge self-imposed limitations. Learn how we are attacked psychologically and emotionally before we are ever attacked physically. Use a reality-based framework to understand how you can protect yourself in the face of confrontation. This course is lecture-style with discussion and demonstrations. You are invited to participate in low to no-impact demonstrations if you would like, though it is not required. Each part requires separate enrollment and will build on knowledge learned in previous parts.

Part 1 will focus on crime in society, attacker profiles, predator/prey interaction, intuitive radar, and tapping your killer instinct.

This class is for women only and participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Register by February 23rd. 

Self-Defense for Women: Building Your Tactical Toolbox, Part Three

You are invited to participate in low to no-impact demonstrations if you would like, though it is not required. Part 3 will examine reality-based physical tactics and personal defense readiness.
