Beginning Spanish

with Dina Girón

Calendar Sep 10, 2019 at 6 pm, runs for 8 weeks

This popular course taught by Dina Girón is a great way to learn the basics of the Spanish language in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Learn pronunciation, vocabulary, verbs, sentence structure and more in this four-week course. Through practice, reading and conversation, you will learn Spanish in the same way your instructor learned to speak English. Homework assignments are short and help you progress quickly through the course. Class size will be small to ensure individual attention. Please bring a portable Spanish-English dictionary, notebook and pen to class with you. Your course fee includes a textbook. Please remember that learning a new language requires practice and dedication, so attendance at all class sessions is important.

Register by Sept. 3

Instructor Dina Girón was born and raised in El Salvador and has been a citizen of Salina since 1997. She has made it her purpose to provide the chance for all to learn a second language, English or Spanish, and looks forward to teaching you too.
